You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using apk8qr, you represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law from gambling and that you are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
You may only open one account with apk8qr. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances.
To register an account on apk8qr, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method.

apk8qr accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (GoPay, DANA, OVO). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though certain payment methods may require up to 15 minutes for processing.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only the original deposited amount (if applicable) will be available for withdrawal.
apk8qr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is issued, the bet is final and cannot be canceled or amended except in cases of obvious system error.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live betting (in-play) odds are updated in real-time and may change rapidly. You are responsible for verifying odds before placing a live bet.

The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. apk8qr will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, apk8qr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold apk8qr harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
In the event of any dispute between you and apk8qr, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
apk8qr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or violated any applicable law. If your account is terminated for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a closure request to [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened except at apk8qr's sole discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk8qr is licensed. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. For Indonesian players, any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, where applicable.
